Hiring: Sous Chef of NoHi Pop-Up
The Sous Chef will assist in resolving kitchen issues swiftly, and working with rotating food entrepreneurs to plan and execute successful three day weekends. The Sous Chef retains staff, maintains a cooperative relationship with team members, optimizes staff productivity and serves as replacement in team members’ absence. They will train food entrepreneurs and food artists to present their dishes, cooking techniques and equipment, and oversee food entrepreneurs and assistants performing food preparation. The Sous Chef will be creative, service-oriented and level-headed.
